Our history

Compassion Care Services was founded by Megan Sullins with a vision of creating something different. After experiencing life's challenges firsthand and becoming a young mother, Megan developed a deep appreciation for resilience, compassion, and the importance of strong support systems. Those experiences inspired her to build an organization where individuals with disabilities are valued, respected, and empowered to reach their fullest potential.

What began as a dream has grown into an organization recognized for excellence, innovation, and person-centered care. Today, Compassion Care Services continues to expand opportunities for individuals and families throughout Western North Carolina while remaining true to its founding purpose: helping people live fuller, more independent lives.
